Do you prefer to play sport than video games? Not everyone agrees but recent and continuous research has shown that more than half of Australians prefer to play it because of the physical and mental health benefits and an opportunity to socialise more with new friends. Playing video games however, hardly uplifts these standards. First of all, it’s obvious for a fact that the reason why playing sport is better than video games is because it helps us become physically stronger.
